Agreement to the Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“agreement”) apply to the Vinci Arts & Media website www.vinciarts.sg – a property of Vinci Arts & Media, and all trade conducted through it. By using our website, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions also apply to any sale orders, regardless of where they were made – placed through our website, in person, over the phone or email etc. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions is an agreement between yourself (“you”, “the customer”, “your”) and Vinci Arts & Media (“Vinci Arts & Media”, “Vinci Arts”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Vinci Arts & Media reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to check and read through the Terms and Conditions for changes.
We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, NETS & Corporate cheque payments.
Failure by us to fulfil our obligations under this agreement will not be considered a breach if it is due to events beyond our control. We will do our best to mitigate the situation and carry out our obligations within reasonable effort and a reasonable timeframe. The Customer shall not make any claims for any appreciation in value of the bullion or any damages.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.
Cancellation of Orders
We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.
