Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the quality and quantity of the delivered items. The customer may be required to verify their identity by presenting their ID. We will not be held liable for any losses or damage once delivery is completed. Delivered items cannot be rejected without good reason (damaged, incorrect product etc.). If the customer is not satisfied with the delivered product, the customer should not accept the delivery. The customer can contact us to let us know why, and arrange to initiate an exchange/refund process.
